Booking Information

Please find the information below to help you with you booking or reservation at SCI.

  1. To check for availability or to make a provisional booking, please Email: meetingrooms@soci.org or Tel: + 44 (0)20 7598 1500. 
  2. A 25% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
  3. Provisional bookings will be held for up to 72 hours. A written confirmation by post, email or fax is required to confirm bookings.
  4. An initial credit check will be carried-out for all first time users.
  5. For IT equipment, refreshments or catering, please inform us upon making your booking.
  6. Refreshments (tea, coffee, water and biscuits) are available on request at a small charge of £2 per person, per serving. Please inform us at the time of your booking.
  7. We are happy to provide a recommended list of suppliers for a range of catering options including sandwich lunches, hot and cold buffets or more formal seated dinners. Please ask for further information.
  8. Fresh flowers, decorations and additional furniture such as tables and chairs are also available on request. Please ask for a list of our suppliers.
  9. If you are interested in any of our meeting rooms and would like to arrange a viewing, please contact SCI to make an appointment.
