Cambridge and Great Eastern

SCI Cambridge and Great Eastern Regional Group (CAGE) has arguably the largest concentration of high technology companies in the UK.  As such, the Group is well-placed to serve the needs of the local communities and SCI Members - whatever their discipline.

The Group organises regular events on a range of subjects aimed at the general public as well as science professionals working in the region.

We also have a strong link with SCI Technical Interest Groups and with the local chapter of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC).  The Group is also heavily involved in organising events in schools, such as Peter Joyce's performances of eminent scientists such as Sir Isaac Newton, The Learning Dome by Matthew Hume, etc.  All this leads to a lively schedule with broad appeal.
