SCI Business Centre opens at AGM

Wi-fi, newspapers, snacks and coffee welcome members

SCI Business CentreVisitors to SCI headquarters for the AGM on 5 July 2006 were the first to use the new SCI Business Centre, which opened on AGM day. This is the first SCI business strategy project to be completed and offers members a wide range of amenities and business services.

The centre is in the spacious ground floor room, formerly called the Cavendish Room. This much needed facility now provides members with a convenient location to catch up with work or to relax.

Visitors can take advantage of wireless access for their laptops, or use one of the standing work stations and printing facilities provided. The centre is also an ideal place for informal meetings or to make use of our information resources (including newspapers, magazines and a plasma screen showing up to- the-minute information).

SCI Business CentreOf course, it can also be used as a bolt-hole for those who need a mid-journey break or to escape from hectic business life. Drinks and light snacks are offered throughout the day free of charge to add further comfort to your visit.

SCI is also opening a new meeting room in its Belgravia headquarters called the Studio Room. The room has a modern and bright feel and has the added benefit of easy access to SCI’s serene gardens.
