6 September 2006
Sharing SCI’s concerns over
future availability of feedstocks,
the University of York, UK, is
organising the second international
‘Renewable resources
and biorefineries conference’
on 6 September 2006.
Organised by the university’s

energy.
Speakers will include Gerhard
Isenberg, former head of
energy strategy for Daimler
Chrysler; Wiktor Raldow, head
of the new and renewable
energy sources unit of the
European Commission; John
