Non Food Sensory and Consumer Analysis in Personal Care Products download page

Consumer and Sensory Research Group meeting, London, 3 November 2006

The techniques of Sensory and Consumer Analysis have become powerful methods for product assessment and development, particularly in the food and drinks industry.

SCI's Consumer and Sensory Research group has now accepted a specific remit to further the awareness and understanding of these methods in the field of non-food products. This seminar was organised as part of this process.

Further seminars will be held, probably on an annual basis, to cover other areas in the field of non-food sensory and consumer analysis. As part of this development we particularly welcome and encourage suggestions and comments regarding the future direction and priorities of this SCI-CSRG initiative.

  • NB - these presentations are available to conference delegates only. A username and password will be sent to you. If you have not received your password, please contact Roland Carpenter on E: roland.carpenter@tiscali.co.uk.
