Developers of heart imaging equipment and vaccines are honoured by SCI's Canada International Group in 2006.
The awards will be conferred at the 2006 SCI Canada Annual Awards Ceremony and Dinner, to be held on February 21, 2006 at the Wyndham Bristol Place Hotel, Toronto, Ontario. Four awards will be presented at that time in recognition of outstanding achievement in service, industry and leadership,’ said SCI Canada Events Chair and Phancorp Inc. President Isabel Alexander.
‘These awards are given for major contribution to development and implementation of strategies, which have resulted either in the strengthening of Canadian industry or academic or research institutions in the field of chemistry,’ said Alexander.
Recipients are usually key managers from Canadian industry or Canadian academics, with a clear industry connection, who have had strategic influence on Canadian industry in their field of endeavour, or those who through their leadership have strengthened key institutions relied upon by Canadian industry.
