to expect? Well, come along and meet people working in the
chemical and allied industries, the very same industries that
you want to belong to.
Scientists from a range of disciplines will be on hand to
answer your questions about what really goes on. Find out
the truth — not all chemists wear white coats! And the
many careers that incorporate aspects of biotechnology, chemical
engineering, life sciences and consumer science will surprise
you. You name it and they are out there somewhere doing it!
The evening will kick off with a beer taster and will be
followed by a selection of short presentations given by industrialists.
The event will conclude with a buffet and wine and the opportunity
to get answers to all those difficult questions you really
want to ask from people who work in science-based industry.
