4th Biopesticides Event, University of Greenwich

4 Mar 2016

SCI Agrisciences Group is supporting the 4th Biopesticide Event at the University of Greenwich, 28 April 2016. The event is organised by Enterprise Europe Network and will focus on the use of biopesticides and the environment as well as advances and perspectives.

The day is aimed at IPM/Bio-pesticide technology stakeholders, researchers and suppliers of current and new technologies, manufacturers, regulatory and government organisations, environmental organisations/groups and of course the farming and grower communities who are required to use IPM (Integrated Pest Management) principles and methodologies.

The network forum encourages and facilitates delegates to establish linkages with other players in the sector, to identify gaps, barriers and seize opportunities to collaborate as the pressures increase to reduce reliance on chemical usage.

The event, for which attendance is free, will include plenary presentations with Q&A from Kathryn Mitchell - LEAF, UK and Marc Bardin - INRA, France, followed by short pitch presentations from companies/researchers seeking interest/collaboration/take-up. After lunch (included) there will be a matchmaking event where delegates will have the opportunity to undertake individual pre-planned meetings to discuss future collaborations, make new contacts and explore technical and commercial partnering opportunities.

Further details on the event and registration are available via the link below.
