Seligman Fellow Swati Kadam investigates rice cooking

Seligman Fellow Swati Kadam has just completed a four month stay at the University of Birmingham investigating the rice cooking process, under the supervision of Dr Serafim Bakalis.

Swati, who is from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, visited several other universities, research institutions and companies during her stay.
