2016 Food Matters Live - SCI Agri-Food Poster Competition

Food Matters Live is the UK's only cross-sector event bringing together the food and drink industry, retailers, food service providers, government and those working in nutrition, new product development and testing, to enable collaboration and innovation to support a sustainable food landscape for the future.

The SCI Agri-Food Hub will have a stand at this event which takes place on 22-24 November at ExCeL, London, and would like to offer you an opportunity to showcase your research and work to this broad and influential audience.

Food industry professionals, students and scientists are invited to submit a poster on their most recent research, new technology, patent or design and to attend their poster session at the SCI Stand. Guideline topics include, but are not limited to:

Session A - AM Tuesday 22 Nov - Diet and Health / Nutrition

Session B - PM Tuesday 22 Nov - Process Innovation / Testing

Session C - AM Wednesday 23 Nov - NPD / Sensory and Consumer Science

Session D - PM Wednesday 23 Nov - Sustainability / Ingredients

Session E - Thursday 24 Nov - Production & Manufacturing / Packaging

Places for this unique opportunity are limited, and posters displayed will be chosen based on their relevance to the aims of the Agri-Food Hub and to the audience at Food Matters Live.

Applicants will be notified shortly after the closing date as to whether or not their application has been successsful. The SCI Agri-Food Hub encourages professionals, students and scientists in the early stages of their careers to apply. Winners will also be welcome to attend the talks and exhibition outside of the times of presenting their poster.

To submit your application you must complete the online application form.
Applications submitted in any other way will not be valid.

Poster Size - Posters must fit on a 90cm x 120cm (A0) poster board

The deadline for applications is: 28 October 2016.

Applicants will be notified by: 4 November 2016
