Chicken can feed the world

Feeding the world in 2020 will be a challenge – but the humble chicken could come to the rescue.

In a talk delivered to the July 2010 AGM, SCI Patron Peel Holroyd explains that poultry has a low carbon footprint compared with other meats, and that modern technology can help with disease control.
