SCI has updated its Privacy Policy to reflect improvements in the way it manages personal data of its members and non members. This is to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Privacy and Electronic Communication Regulations (PECR) 2003.
The new policy sets out what information we collect about you and why, and explains how you can request a copy. It also sets out how you can opt out of marketing communications.
The policy also takes into account of new regulations on the use of cookies, ie small files which many websites download onto your computer or device to remember who you are.
