The Seligman Trust has confirmed that Gabriel Finten will receive the next Seligman Fellowship. The award will cover his travel and living expenses in the UK for six months from early 2014. He will be based at the University of Reading with Prof Keshavan Niranjan as his supervisor.
Gabriel is a food engineering student from Argentina. In his PhD research he will study high pressure combined with dip MAP solutions in leafy vegetables.
