If you are a PhD student or a recent graduate working in industry or academia in food engineering, are looking to enrich your knowledge while gaining invaluable experience in this field and are based outside the UK, the Seligman APV Fellowship could be for you. Applications from far afield are invited, with previous recipients coming from Argentina, Ivory Coast, Brazil, India and Russia.

The Seligman Fellowship will provide you with a foundation to develop your skills and enable you to acquire relevant state-of-the-art knowledge by visiting the UK for up to six months on project based studies in food engineering. As part of your experience you will study in one of the UK's leading centres of food technology and engineering with a grant of up to £11,000 to cover your costs.

Successful candidates must demonstrate that they are involved in food engineering in their home country.

If you meet the above criteria then why not apply for the Seligman APV Fellowship? Time is limited but there is still a chance to take advantage of this excellent opportunity. Completed applications and supporting references must be submitted by 31 July 2014.
