Reduce giveaway at speed with Mettler-Toledo Garvens
The new XS1 checkweighing system to reduce giveaway on production lines is now available. Manufacturers of small-size packs, as well as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals can benefit from unprecedented weighing accuracy at high throughput speeds. The XS1’s high accuracy enables manufacturers to set tighter tolerances than ever before. This will help minimise the number of overweight and underweight products, to reduce product waste and save production costs.
The XS1’s fully automated rejection system reliably removes contaminated product, while its access permissions prevent the replacement of rejected packs.
Ideal for small and lightweight products, the XS1 can accurately weigh up to 600 small products (up to 200 g) per minute. The conveyor’s robust design can handle higher speed applications, reducing wear to extend lifetime.
