Karen Hobbs joined SCI in 2012 and is now Head of Strategic Partnerships.
Karen graduated with a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and French from the University of Liverpool.
After graduation she took a position at Lhasa Limited, a collaborative scientific software organisation specialising in predictive tools and knowledge-based systems where she carried out a series of roles in technical account management team and training.
In 2012 Karen moved to SCI as Membership Manager and she is now responsible for business development and engagement activities at SCI including Corporate Partnerships, New Group set up, Awards and Committee support.
