Sales Executive

SCI is a growing membership organisation and registered charity which supports supporting science-based innovation into industry sectors related to Energy, Health and Well Being, Agri-Food, Materials and the Environment.  The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads and income from SCI’s venue, advertising opportunities, events and membership.


The post holder will be expected to generate leads from audiences relating to various potential income areas, and to successfully convert these to product and service sales.  A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience of generating income, ideally within a not for profit/charitable organisation, and will be comfortable working with a broad and varied sales portfolio.

This is a key role in ensuring growth and development of SCI in support of our onward strategy.  The post holder will be measured based on financial targets and their ability to achieve repeat and augmented business with individual clients.  The ideal candidate will be proactive and target driven, with an ability to generate professional, lasting and productive relationships with customers from all levels.

This is a full-time role based at SCI’s Headquarters in Belgrave Square, London, however some travel is anticipated, largely within the UK.


Salary will be dependent on experience, but in the region of £23 – 26K p.a.
