SCI (Society of Chemical Industry) is currently going through an exciting period of strategic review, from which it will emerge with a renewed sense of purpose. SCI works at the interface between science and industry and focuses on promoting science based innovation across a wide variety of applications from Energy to Health & Wellbeing.

To support our future growth, we are recruiting a Campaigns Marketing Executive to plan, develop and practically implement effective integrated data driven campaigns to promote SCI’s products and services including events, membership packages, awards etc. The job holder will also support the management team by providing regular analysis of campaigns and by making recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.

The jobholder will be proactive and able to develop and lead marketing campaigns while being able to effectively manage multiple projects. Experience of planning and delivering data driven integrated marketing campaigns is essential to support increasing membership and events and the launch of new products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and project manage the delivery of successful integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver the annual marketing plan.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Key Attributes

  • Strong background in marketing campaign delivery, including e-mail marketing
  • A creative approach to challenges and opportunities
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in a science based subject or with an interest in science

The role will be based at the Society’s offices on Belgrave Square.
