"SCI is the only company I’ve seen which reports on topics from such a diverse range of disciplines and is all accessible through just one website."
What are your research interests?
How did you first get involved with SCI?
I first got involved with SCI when I was awarded SCI’s Top Scoring Second Year BEng/MEng Chemical Engineering Student Award. Since then, I have received monthly magazines that illustrate the modern issues faced by professionals in science. I would encourage peers to join because it’s the only company I’ve seen which reports on topics from such a diverse range of disciplines and is all accessible through just one website.
What do you hope to gain from your involvement with SCI?
From my involvement with SCI, I hope to make other people aware of the opportunities they have, as a member, to attend the many events which SCI run. Whether it be their chosen field or a certain aspect of science they’ve always wanted to know more about. As, I wasn’t originally aware that such events took place so close to home.
