Synopsis
The 24th annual SCI-CSCST conference will be held at Northumbria University, Newcastle-upon-Tyne on 23 - 24 June 2017. The theme of this year's event is 'Novel Materials and Surface for Future Engineering.' To effectively address this interdisciplinary theme, a special symposium session will be held as part of the event, supported by the UK Fluidic Network special interest group (SIG) - 'Droplet and Flow Interactions with Bio-Inspired and Smart Surfaces.'
We expect the 24th annual SCI-CSCST conference to be a succesful event, providing a wonderful platform for researchers to present their latest progress, exchange ideas, network, and initialise collaborations. We are hereby invite you to participate in this conference and to contribute to the topic of your scientific interests. PhDs and early career researchers will be particularly welcome to attend this event and funding has been secured for travel bursaries to facilitate their attendance.
