Organic chemistry students in the final year of their doctoral studies at UK universities (in synthesis, mechanistic studies, methodology, medicinal chemistry or analysis) are invited to submit applications to present their work at this regional half-day symposia by Sunday 2 March 2014. The winning speakers in each symposium will receive a cash prize. There will also be runner up prizes. Travel costs are refunded for all speakers selected. There are no entry or registration fees for speakers or attendees. Students interested in presenting their work, or anyone who would like further information about these events, are encouraged to speak to their supervisor and contact Dr Magnus Bebbington.
SCI accessibility grants are available to support SCI members with disabilities, long term health conditions, those who require a carer, and members who are nursing parents to attend SCI events. Download an application form to apply for a grant.
