Synopsis

The Chairman and Committee Members of the Biotechnology Group cordially invite members and guests to their open committee meeting and AGM on 09 December 2015, from 14:00hrs.

AGM documents will be availalable to download from the secure Members' area soon (for SCI members only - you will need to sign in to view).

The invited speaker will be Peter Conry, Business Development Manager, Cogent Skills; and his presentation will cover an overview of Cogent Skills, the Sector Skills Council for the Science industries. He will cover Industrial Placements / Enhanced Placements, Apprenticeships and the Workforce Development opportunities that Cogent has to offer. Peter will speak from 16:30hrs.

The event will be a great opportunity to meet other members of the Biotechnology Group and network with them over the informal wine and canapé reception which will round off the evening.
