Colloid & Surface Chemistry Group AGM Webinar

Synopsis

The chair and committee members of SCI’s Colloids & Surface Chemistry Group (CSCG) cordially invite members to their Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 13:00 on 21^st July 2020.
All members of the SCI’s CSCG and the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Colloid & Interface Science Group are welcome to attend. 

Any matters for discussion must be sent to the chair at joint.colloids.group@gmail.com by 17:00 BST on 14^th July 2020.

Call for new committee members

The CSCG invites applications to join the committee from July 2020. There are two vacancies for ordinary members on the committee.

Committee members are expected to attend the group’s meetings (typically four times per year) and to organise at least one event during their tenure. Prospective members should send a half-page biography that includes what they would bring to the committee and what they hope to gain from membership.
If more than two candidates apply to join the committee, an online vote will be held, open to the members of the CSCG, so biographies may be shared among the group’s membership.

The deadline for applications is 12:00 BST, Wednesday, 10 June 2020. Send applications or any pre-application queries to joint.colloids.group@gmail.com.
Please note that all unsuccessful applications will be deleted after the AGM.
