Synopsis

Developments in the electrochemical sciences are key for progress in today’s society. From generating energy to manufacturing new medicines, the techniques of electrochemistry, electroanalysis and electrochemical technology are widely employed in many fields.

Electrochemical technology solves problems for industry, especially in the manufacture of specialist chemicals, materials, batteries, electrochemical cells and reactors, pharmaceuticals, and automotive components. It is also used in corrosion protection, energy generation, research into new materials and methodologies for chemical processing.

The organising committee of Electrochem 2018 welcomes you to the SCI and RSC three-day conference at Lancaster University, UK on 16-18 September 2018. This annual conference brings together a mix of experts from industrial and academic research backgrounds.

Attendees
This event is for anybody with an interest in Electrochemistry and Electrochemical Technology, especially those from the backgrounds of industry, government, and academia.
