Synopsis
Electrochem 2026 is part of the long-running Electrochem conference series that takes place at a different location within the UK or Ireland in August/September every year. The conference is organised jointly by SCI’s Electrochemical Technology group and RSC’s
Electrochemistry and Electroanalytical Sensing Systems interest Groups.

The event will feature a series of high-profile plenary lectures and award ceremonies. The event is also dedicated to fostering student involvement through talks, poster sessions, and opportunities to interact with world-leading experts in the field. Student rates are heavily subsidised, and both the SCI and RSC offer generous bursaries and presentation awards to maximize student participation.
Attendees

This year the meeting will be at the Exhibition centre at the University of York.

Electrochem 2026 will be a dynamic forum of discussions for established scientists as well as early career researchers and PhD students.
