SCI scholars showcase and networking event

Organised by:

SCI's College of Scholars

SCI, London, UK

Registration Closed

This event is no longer available for registration.

Synopsis

This event aims to strengthen SCI connections with past scholars and showcase the scientific achievements of travel bursary recipients / current scholars during a poster session. The event will be held 3 July 2024 - the day of the SCI Annual General Meeting (AGM).

We would like to give opportunity for past SCI scholars from academia and industry to share their career path stories and current work. Secondly, the poster session aims to showcase the science funded by SCI prizes and awards in the context of the broader AGM, proving opportunities for networking.

Past scholars are invited to interact with the wider SCI community and get more involved in the governance of SCI. SCI Members from academia and industry are encouraged to attend to network with early career members both attending and presenting.

Attendees

The College of Scholars showcase event is designed to allow early career SCI members to share their work, and to provide a supportive network. Places are offered subject to availability and early career members and those with a direct connection to the College of Scholars will be prioritised. Please contact committeesupport@soci.org for further information.
