Synopsis
This event involves a tour of Hauser & Wirth Somerset and Wyke Farms.
Hauser & Wirth Somerset is a pioneering world-class gallery and multi-purpose arts centre. The gallery is situated on the site of Durslade Farm on the edge of Bruton, and includes the extraordinary Oudolf Field, a garden designed by the internationally renowned landscape architect Piet Oudolf.
Wyke Farms is the largest independent producer of cheese within the United Kingdom. Using milk from their own cows and other forms nearby they produce award winning cheeses which they export to over 160 countries.Programme
