Synopsis
Wilkin & Sons are a fruit grower and preserver based in Tiptree, Essex. The Joint Managing Director, Chris Newenham, and his team will meet us and take us on a guided tour of both the extensive areas of fruit production and the processing of the many types of fruit grown by the company.
The site has very recently undergone an extensive rebuild and alteration. It has a museum, the likes of which are rarely seen elsewhere, and boasts a welcoming café-shop which entices even the most reluctant of customers!
