SCI’s Young Chemists’ Panel
University of Warwick, UK
Prices start from £0
Final year UK undergraduate students in Masters and Bachelors degree programmes who have completed an academic research project in synthesis, methodology, catalysis, supramolecular chemistry, physical organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and chemical biology are invited to present their research at this symposium. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase the high standard and wide range of research carried out by undergraduate students across the UK to an academic and industrial audience.
The symposium will be accompanied by a careers fair with a range of discipline relevant companies showcasing the wide variety of jobs available to chemistry graduates. The precise list of companies will be confirmed closer to the event date.
Please note that undergraduate students who have completed an industrial research placement or an apprenticeship should apply to the YCP Undergraduate Industrial placement and Apprenticeship Symposium 2026.
SCI’s Young Chemists’ Panel are committed to promoting diversity and equality in the chemical sciences. We aim to identify high quality speakers for all our conferences with inclusivity of gender and ethnicity. Attendees from all backgrounds and ages are welcome.
SCI accessibility grants are available to support SCI members with disabilities, long term health conditions, those who require a carer, and members who are nursing parents to attend SCI events. Download an application form to apply for a grant.
