China-UK Research and Innovation Bridges Competition - up to £16 million to be awarded

SCI is pleased to bring you news from our collaborative partner, Innovate UK who, together with the Research Councils UK (RCUK) and the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) for the People’s Republic of China, are to invest up to £16 million in collaborative research and development projects.

On Wednesday 30 March 2016, SCI’s Public Evening Lecture will invite us behind the scenes of The Francis Crick Institute. The lecture will be delivered by Sir Paul Nurse, Director of the Francis Crick Institute.

College of Scholars Day

The 2015 College of Scholars day was held on 2 December 2015. This year we introduced a workshop challenge, whereby participants were asked to plan an event or activity to promote SCI to their colleagues and network of contacts on returning back to work or study.
