Are you travelling to a conference in 2015, or perhaps you are planning a study visit to another institution or industrial site?
Did you know that SCI offers Travel Bursaries of up to £1500 to support travel costs for scientists working across a number of disciplines from Agriculture to Food Technology, Pharmaceuticals to Materials Science, and from Carbon to Colloids*.
SCI members who are in the early stages of their career are invited to apply for a travel bursary to attend a conference, or to support travel in connection with their work and development. Applications are welcomed from members who are studying in the fields represented by any of our diverse technical interest groups.

All applications must be completed using the online nomination forms and supporting references are required.
Deadlines for applications:
- AJ Banks, Messel, Leverhulme and Richardson - 31 March
- Rideal - 15 April
*Please note that applicants must be SCI members prior to application, with the exception of Rideal Travel Bursaries where applicants can be either an SCI or RSC member.
