Did you know that SCI offers financial support of £5,000 split across two years for early career members approaching the second year of their PhD?
When receiving an SCI Scholarship, as well as financial support, recipients benefit from publishing opportunities, access to a high-calibre network to help launch their careers, automatic membership to the SCI College of Scholars, opportunities to present work and raise their profile within the scientific community. They are also a great asset to the recipients CV.
This year's scholarship applications were assessed by the Early Careers Support Sub Committee and we are pleased to announce that three SCI members have been awarded scholarships in the disciplines of biotechnology, electrochemistry and fine chemicals.
