Ion Exchange Award

Established 1984

This award inaugurated in 1984, recognises meritorious pure or applied work in the field of ion exchange or the efforts of Society members who have willingly given their time to organise conferences, meetings and symposia in the field.

Award Information

Nominations

Nominations for the Ion Exchange Award can be made by the IEX Organising Committee of the Ion Exchange Conference (IEX). The recipient will be selected by a panel consisting of members from the IEX Organising Committee.

Lecture Details

The award will be presented at the IEX conference which takes place every 4 years. The award recipient will also receive a mounted plaque. The next IEX Conference "A Vision for the future" takes place in 2022.

    • Recognised authority in the science and technology of ion exchange, or
    • Meritorious service to the Society in the organisation of meetings and symposia in ion exchange
