Synopsis
In this one-hour webinar, Professor Claire Adjiman will discuss the emerging roles of AI in the chemical industries, examining a range of activities including discovery, product and process design, and process operations. She will discuss how the role that can be played by AI depends on the objectives and context (e.g., data availability, timescales) of each activity. She will highlight applications of AI at different stages of the product lifecycle, reflecting on the benefits of AI and the challenges that remain to be addressed.
