Synopsis
Scott Bader is a unique multinational chemical company, it is both a charity and is held in trust for the benefit of its employees.
In 2021 it celebrated its centenary, we look back at the history and events that shaped Scott Bader, a consideration of how the values of the founder have been embedded into the culture of Scott Bader and how these values impact its business now. The opportunities for the chemical industry to make a positive difference and to develop everyone to ‘be the best they can be’ will also be considered. The chemistry and applications of some Scott Bader products will be reviewed.
