Notice is hereby given that the 139th Annual General Meeting of SCI will be held by webinar on Wednesday 1 July 2020 at 14:00, or as soon as possible thereafter for the following purposes:
1: To note those present and those sending apologies for absence and to note the Notice convening the meeting.
2: To receive the Board of Trustees’ Report for the past year Annual Report 2019. (Note 1).
3: To receive and adopt the Society’s Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 and the Auditor’s report thereon. (Note 2).
4: To confirm membership subscription rates will remain unchanged effective from 1 January 2021. (Note 3).
Notes
1: The Trustees’ Report is an oral report from the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the AGM.
2: The Statutory Accounts and Reports of the Auditors are available to members on request after the AGM. The summary information provided has been certified by the Auditors in accordance with relevant legislation.
3: In accordance with Charter clause 3.3, the Society has resolved that, subject to confirmation by the Annual General Meeting:
Member rate GB £90 (GB £75 for payment by Direct Debit), Student rate GB £25 (GB £15 for payment by Direct Debit).
