Unilever is delighted to be ranked 11th in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers list for 2016-2017

The annual Times Top 100 Graduate Employers ranking is intended to help guide university leavers to understand the increasingly complex graduate jobs market and the opportunities available within some of the nation’s most prestigious and sought after employers.

With one of the UK's longest-running graduate programmes, Unilever has been ranked number 11 out of 100 employers, which is two places up from its ranking in 2015. Applications for the Company’s popular graduate scheme - the Unilever Future Leaders Programme – has recently opened and this year, the company has revamped the recruitment process by going digital and using online gaming to select the best and brightest candidates.

Designed with millennials in mind, the new programme uses digital analysis in removing the potential for unconscious bias in the recruitment process. This is well aligned to the company’s drive to increase the social diversity of its graduate talent, enabling candidates to perform to their full potential irrespective of their beginnings.
