The chair and committee members of SCI’s Food Group cordially invite members to their Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10:00 on 21 September 2022. AGM documents will be available to view before the meeting from the secure member's area (you will need to login to the SCI website to view).
The AGM will be followed at 10.30 by two 15 min talks from guest speakers:
“Microfluidic emulsification for the production of beverage nanoemulsions” by Svenja Schmidt of the University of Nottingham/Adelaide winner of the Nursten Trophy for best overall presentation (sponsored by SCI) at the Nursten Postgraduate Flavour Symposium
“Flavour generation in plant-based meat analogues” by Alexandra Plant of the University of Nottingham winner of the SCI prize for the best presentation for industry application (sponsored by SCI)
All members of SCI’s Food Group are welcome to attend as well as academia/Industry professionals and researchers and NPD technologists.
