SCI's Fine Chemicals Group are pleased to present the 29th Regional Postgraduate Symposia on Novel Organic Chemistry, taking place in Newcastle University, UCL and University of Edinburgh. These half-day symposiums provide an excellent opportunity to hear about the latest developments in the arena of organic chemistry.
We invite organic chemistry students in the final year of their doctoral studies at UK universities to present their work at one of three regional half-day symposia. The winning speaker in each symposium will receive a £200 cash prize and £100 will be awarded as a runner-up prize.
The deadline for submitting applications is Friday 16 March 2018.
At previous symposia, we had a mixture of exciting cutting-edge research ranging from methodology to total synthesis, the use of enzymes in the synthesis of PET ligands and solvent and isotope effects in non-covalent interactions.
