David Torres, Global manager of Chemicals Technology at Shell, presented a salient talk on how human ingenuity and innovative technology hold the key to sourcing the energy needed to power consumers' lives in the years ahead.
In his talk, David suggest that all sources of energy will be needed. He also argues that it is only through collaboration - bringing together professional bodies, scientists & engineers, businesses, governments, urban planners and wider societal stakeholders - that we will be able to meet the increased demand.
